Autumn holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Healthcare Administration focus, and brings over a decade of leadership experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is a seasoned leader in compliance and operations, with deep expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and program oversight across the healthcare and public service sectors.
Autumn has a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, navigating complex compliance challenges, and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Prior to joining LifeConnections Specialized Support Services, Inc., she served as the Director of IDD Services and PACE Quality Director. She is currently completing her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, further strengthening her commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in care.
