LifeConnections provides a wide range of specialized support services to people of all ages and abilities in the States of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Florida. LifeConnections is known for its willingness to meet individuals where their needs currently are and find ways to build support in the community, home, and, if needed, staffed residential homes that allows for the greatest degree of independence. Although the individuals we serve have varied needs, we are best known for creating individualized service options for people with complex behavioral health and/or medical needs who may be at risk of moving out of state or to higher levels of care
